Rules and Regulations for Institutional Membership
- Under this plan school students (3 to 16 years) and college students (above 16 years) will be provided entry to Fort, for which the Fort office will have to be contacted at least 2 (two) days in advance and a list of students will have to be provided will signature and stamps of school / college / institute.
- Entry will be allowed from Tuesday to Friday and entry will not be allowed on holidays / festivals, Saturday and Sunday under this plan.
- A maximum of 250 students of a school / college / institute will be allowed per day.
- For every 50 students 1 (one) teacher will be allowed entry as a part of this plan. In case extra teachers / staff want to visit the Fort, they will have to buy separate tickets.
- Tickets for Light and Sound show will have to be purchased separately.
- In case applications from more than one school / college / institute are received on the same day, then entry will be provided on first come first serve basis or as per the decision of the Departmental Head, which shall be binding to the school / college / institute.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances, Surat Municipal Corporation reserves the right to deny entry, reschedule the visit or to stop an ongoing visit.

ઈન્સ્ટીટયુશનલ મેમ્બરશીપના સામાન્ય નિયમો
- સદર પ્લાન હેઠળ શાળાના વિધાર્થીઓ (૩થી૧૬ વર્ષ સુધીની વય મર્યાદામાં) તથા કોલેજોના વિધાર્થીઓ (૧૬ વર્ષથી ઉપરની વયના) ને પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે. જે માટે ઓછામાં ઓછા ૨ દિવસ પહેલા કિલ્લાનો સંપર્ક કરી, સદર વિધાર્થીઓનું લિસ્ટ, શાળા / કોલેજ / સંસ્થાના સહિ - સિકકા સાથે રજુ કરવાના રહેશે.
- સદર પ્લાન હેઠળ ફકત મંગળવાર થી શુક્રવારના રોજ પ્રવેશ મેળવી શકાશે. જાહેર રજા / તહેવારના દિવસો, તેમજ શનિવાર અને રવિવારના દિવસે સદર પ્લાન હેઠળ પ્રવેશ મળશે નહી.
- એક સમયે એક શાળાના મહતમ ૨૫૦ બાળકોને જ સદર પ્લાન હેઠળ પ્રવેશ અપાશે.
- પ્રતિ ૫૦ વિધાર્થીઓએ ૧ શિક્ષકને પ્રવેશ અપાશે તથા તેમની ગણતરી પ્લાનમાં લીધેલ મુલાકાતીની સંખ્યામાં ગણતરીમાં લેવાશે. જો વધુ શિક્ષકો / સહાયકો કિલ્લામાં પ્રવેશ લેવા ઇચ્છશે, તો તેમને કિલ્લાના પ્રવેશ ફી ના દર હેઠળ લાગુ પડતી ટિકિટ લઈ પ્રવેશ લેવાનો રહેશે.
- લાઇટ એન્ડ સાઉન્ડ શો માટે અલગથી કિલ્લા ખાતેથી ટિકિટ લેવાની રહેશે.
- એક સાથે એક કરતા વધારે શાળા / કોલેજ / સંસ્થાની અરજી પ્રાપ્ત થાય તેવા કિસ્સામાં વહેલા તે પહેલાના ધોરણે અથવા કિલ્લાના ખાતાધિકારીના આદેશ અનુશાર પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે, જે અરજીકર્તા શાળા / કોલેજ / સંસ્થાને માન્ય રાખવાની રહેશે.
- અનિવાર્ય કિસ્સામાં ઈન્સ્ટીટયુશનલ પ્લાન હેઠળ પ્રવેશ ના આપવા અન્ય તારીખ ફાળવવા અથવા અધવચ્ચે મુલાકાત રોકવાનો અધિકાર સુરત મહાનગર પાલિકાને રહેશે.
