  • Drink More Water
  • Ware loosen & lightweight Clothing
  • Do not drink Alcoholic & Caffeine Beverages
  • Stop going outside and stay in cool place
  • In case of very high body Temperature- Reducing body Temperature by lie down the person and cold sponging in underarms, below neck and back, giving up sip of cold water
